Description E.SAENG multilayer co-extruded polypropylene/polystyrene sheet up to 9 layers with specific focus on high barrier properties (PP/EVOH/PP, PS/EVOH/PS) against oxygen, moisture, flavors and excellent sanitary function allows the manufacture of thermoformed food package.
It is widely suitable for the preservation of processed food with aseptic, pasteurization or sterilization treatments for long-life conservation at ambient temperature.
1) Very limited usage of additives and plasticizers in material blending process
2) Method of deoxidization by nitrogen replacement in co-extrusion process
3) Highest level of control on manufacturing process and sanitary environment

- Color: White or transparent (special colors available on request)
- Density: approx 0.90 ~ 0.96g/㎤
- Long ambient product shelf life up to 12 months with excellent O2 barrier and hygienic function
- OTR: Oxygen transmission rate determined on the individual thermoformed tray
- Retortability: Temperature resistant over 120 °C (for PP/EVOH/PP Sheet)
- Reheatable in a microwave oven (for PP/EVOH/PP Sheet)
- Heat sealable with peelable lid
- Structure modification on request
Dimension: Different widths and thicknesses are available
- Width: 450 ~ 710 mm
- Thickness: 0.8 ~ 1.5 mm
- Core diameter: 3 inches (76 mm)
